THE NAME GOES ON

A federal judge ruled the Kennedy Center's board cannot put the president's name on the building without Congress. Hours later the board voted to close the building, citing a ceiling collapse; the president said the $250M renovation Congress already funded will not begin until the name goes on. The letters aren't the reward for fixing the building. The letters are the renovation.
